What do you need

Misting system

To set up a RainCo system, you first need at least one functional misting system. There are plenty of such misting systems on the market. You can purchase complete solutions or buy all the components individually and put together your own customised system. A simple system consists of at least one water tank (more complex systems can also be connected directly to the water supply), a pump, pipes and spray nozzles, and a control unit.
There are various manufacturers on the market. I myself have purchased all my components from M.R.S., and these components have proven themselves to me over a long period of time.
But as long as it is a 24V system, the manufacturer should be more or less irrelevant. RainCo-3 is simply connected between the power supply and the pressure pump.

RainCo PCB (circuit board)

The RainCo-3 circuit board together with the ESP32S3 controller is the heart of the smart misting control system. The circuit board is delivered partially assembled. This means that all SMD components are already soldered. A few THT (THT = Through Hole Technology) components are also already soldered on for safety reasons. However, some components still need to be soldered on yourself. This is not difficult and should take a maximum of 15-20 minutes.
The ESP32S3 controller can be purchased separately, but it can also be purchased pre-flashed from me.

Housing

The RainCo-3 circuit board must, of course, also be properly ‘packaged’ in a housing.
There are two options for this: a purchased housing or a printed version. The print files for the latter are freely available in STL format. However, if anyone would like to, they can also purchase a printed housing from me.

Valves

Depending on how many spray circuits you want to control, you will need a corresponding number of valves. Up to 6 valves can be controlled with RainCo-3. Which valves you use depends on your personal preferences.
For standard osmosis valves, I have designed a 4-valve and a 2-valve carrier plate. The STL files for these can also be downloaded free of charge. If you only have one spray circuit but still want to enjoy the benefits of a user-friendly web interface, you can also use Rainco-3 without valves!

So what do you need:
  1. The misting system
  2. 1 x RainCo circuit board
  3. 1 x ESP32S3 controller
  4. 1 x housing
  5. Up to 6 valves (depending on how many you need)
  6. Valve carrier plate(s), if necessary
